Yoga is a physical as well as a mental practice that leads us to recognise the innate harmony and joy that reside at the core of ourselves. Hatha-vinyasa yoga includes practices of asanas (postures), pranayama (breadth), mantra (sound), meditation and relaxation. In the active part of the classes, you will practice some dynamic postures and movements focusing on the quality of breath and alignment.
Each student explores his/her potential while respecting their own boundaries, without any competing mind or jugement towards self or others. These classes can help you to learn how to manage stress and anxiety, cultivate mental stability and strengthen your body and spirit to live fully.
